...grasshopper cupcakes, that is! Chocolate cupcake with a peppermint buttercream frosting. I'm not usually a big fan of chocolate but I just couldn't resist trying one and mmmmm I may just have to sneak one more, lol.

These are a surprise for my father, so if you know him - *shhh!* LOL
